SUMMARY:CAPIC Exhibition 2022 – Opening Night Reception
DESCRIPTION:The Toronto Chapter of the Canadian Association of Professional Image Creators (CAPIC) presents the annual CAPIC Exhibition! The show features three separate CAPIC exhibitions: Xposé\, Double Vision and Rodeo. \nXposé 2022\, an annual fine art photography group exhibition. Curated by Bob Carnie\, this exhibition brings together works by professional photographers from across Canada\, showcasing the talent of CAPIC members and beyond. This year\, CAPIC will also be celebrating five legendary photographers who were amongst the first members of CAPIC at its inception is 1978. The CAPIC Legends feature for 2022 includes works by: Struan\, Deborah Samuel\, André Cornellier\, Yuri Dojc\, and Nigel Dickson. \nDouble Vision is a competition that pairs participating image creators by random draw and challenges them to create portraits of one another. The completed works are then exhibited side by side as a single submission. \nRodeo is CAPIC’s annual student competition for image creators. Works will be on display by the top 10 winners from both the illustration category and the photography category. \n  \nGenerously sponsored by: B3K Digital\, Vistek\, Bob Carnie Printmaking & Gallery\, The Cardinal Gallery
