CAPIC Double Vision 2017
1st Place: Simon Dupuis & Allison Cordner
Last month, the Toronto Chapter of the Canadian Association of Professional Image Creators (CAPIC) mounted their annual Double Vision exhibition and competition at The Papermill Gallery at Todmorden Mills, in Toronto.
The show featured works by image creators who had been paired at random and tasked with creating portraits of one another, all the while using their respective mediums. The participating artists took on this challenge with great enthusiasm and creativity. The result was a dynamic exhibition featuring a wide rage of collaborative images, all pushing the boundaries of the project.
CAPIC is delighted to present the final winners of Double Vision 2017! The pairs were voted on by a panel of jurors made up of art industry professionals and announced on the opening night of the exhibition.
