CAPIC Xposé is back!

 

XPOSÉ 2022 Call for Entries

 DEADLINE: Friday, February 25th, 2022

The Canadian Association of Professional Image Creators (CAPIC) is delighted to announce that the Xposé Photography Exhibition is back for 2022! The call for entry for Xposé is now open!

What is Xposé?

Xposé is a curated fine art photography exhibition open to all professional photographers. This group exhibition is an opportunity for photographers within the CAPIC community and beyond to showcase their work in a gallery setting. Entries for Xposé 2022 will be reviewed by the curator and selected works will be chosen for the final group exhibition.

CAPIC welcomes photographic works of all subject matters, concepts, and aesthetic styles.

CAPIC Double Vision is Back!

CAPIC DOUBLE VISION 2022

DEADLINE: Friday, January 14th, 2022

CAPIC Double Vision is back! The Canadian Association of Professional Image Creators (CAPIC) is delighted to announce the Call for Participants for the annual Double Vision competition and exhibition. CAPIC Double Vision 2022 is open to all professional photographers, illustrators, and image creators from across Canada.

What is Double Vision?

Double Vision is an exhibition that pairs participating image creators by random draw and challenges them to create portraits of one another. The completed works are then exhibited side by side as a single submission.

Double Vision is also a juried competition. All submitted works are to be judged by a panel of art professionals who will determine first, second, and third place winners. In addition, guests attending the opening night of the exhibition will select a popular vote winner. Prizes from our fantastic sponsors will be presented to all winners!

2021 CAPIC AGM

The Annual General Meeting of CAPIC will be held this year on Tuesday, October 19th, 2021 at 8:00PM EDT via video conference. Video conference login information will be sent to CAPIC members who RSVP prior to the meeting. 

CAPIC Members should confirm their attendance by emailing info@stage.capic.org

General, Associate, and Honourary Members in good standing are eligible to vote during the meeting. Student, Instructor, Retired, and Foreign Members are welcome to attend the meeting as observers.
